Quality Improvement Program

Our Quality Improvement Program is designed for Continuous Improvement at all levels. We strive to increase performance by producing products and services of a quality standard that consistently evolves and improves. Our Quality Program requires all employees in the operation to increase associate involvement. We have developed Quality Teams for improving specified processes and for monitoring specific measurements and projects.

Aspect is pledged to continually improve our system to deliver quality components on time and to meet tight customer delivery requirements. We employ Six Sigma process improvements and exercise continuous efforts to achieve stable and predictable process results. These processes are defined, analyzed, controlled, and always improved. We perform routine internal audits and continuously improve our processes to assure that our Quality Assurance department is second to none.

Our quality plan is reviewed regularly at our Quality Improvement Meetings and in greater detail at our yearly Management Review Meeting. The implementation of the Aspect Quality Policy, and the establishment of our Quality System and Quality Procedures has resulted in the highest of standards within the industry.
